SC Uno av Sandrabben

Uno is now a Supreme Champion, one of the first in Holland in 2009 with this new title. He has also won the 1st place in the dutch NFO Top Ten list 2008 Males.
But that is not everything: with a little luck Uno will also be DM in a few weeks. He is waiting for his eleventh son to become International Champion at his next show: Sterrekatten´s Nemo. Uno is a very special cat: everyone that has met him agrees to that. He is uncredibly social to people and other cats. Ofcourse he also has some excellent physical qualities, most important of all his harmonic appearance, but his behaviour to people and judges was mostly why he has won so much at shows.
As a kitten he was already nr.1 in the dutch NFO Top Ten list in 2005, and now as an adult he gained this title again in 2008. As a breeding male Uno made some very fine litters, with some kittens of high quality. The fact that he now has more then 10 sons and daughters with a title of at least International Champion and the nummerous show successes of some of his children, are proof of that.

Many thanks to Unni Iversen of Av Sandrabben to let me have Uno. Uno will enjoy his retirement after 4 seasons showing. In fact that is a pity, because he never looked better and still behaves like in his best days.....

december 23 2007, this is Uno training for the show.
He is a very social and confident cat who wants to be with people and who has no problem in being alert and confident even in big crowds. Here you can see his expression, ears and earsetting, and his strong body. You can judge his character in the way he looks into the camera (!)
12 months: he is developing from kitten to an adult
7 and a half months: looking more and more like an adult cat
Uno is my male showcat. He is imported from Norway like Ilvis. I choose him because we wanted a big cat with excellent qualities.
He has famous parents, and many famous brothers and sisters of whom Rene av Sandrabben attracted our attention. He is also a black male and he is huge.
Uno's strong points are his bonestructure (with 16 weeks his weight was 3 kiloes) his ears, chin and his coatquality.
His strongest point is his temper: he likes being with people and to be at shows. When we have guests, Uno likes to be in the middle so that everyone can see him. He is very relaxed and confident and always in a good mood. For many people Uno's temper is big surprise.
Uno and Ilvis are almost inseparable. Only when Ilvis takes a walk, Uno stays in the garden around our house. We do not need to put a leash on him; when you call him he comes running at you.
Summer 2007; he is almost three years now.
December 22, 2007: it is minus 5 and there is a thin snowfall. but Uno is feeling very well.
He is in top condition: his weight is around 6 kiloes and he has already 80% of his wintercoat.
Uno is now 3,5 years old. You can see he has developed in an adult NFO: full grown (6,5 kiloes) and in full wintercoat.
