Sterre van de Vennekrets

Sterre is our first female. The cattery is named after her. She is the sister of our neuter Jarkko. They are from Danish, German and Dutch lines. Sterre is an elegant cat with a long body, great expression, big ears wit tufts and a super straight profile.
We think that Sterre is the "boss" of all the cats. Nyssa thinks she is, but Sterre has the oldest rights. Sterre is a very independent girl. She decides herself when she wants attention and how much.
Sterre has proved to be an excellent breeding cat. Her first litter with GIC Ulviks Spike gave great kittens. Her second litter with our own breeding male IC (N) Fiskerjentas' Ilvis gave super (heavy and big) kittens. Of that litter, Sterrekatten's Barbarossa is doing very well at shows. Sterre is 5 years old now.

At last she has developed a long coat of a super quality (inhereted from her mother)
